Mrs. Area did an outstanding job with assisting us with the purchase of our new home. Her expertise in the market’s geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value for the area. Mrs. Area was very involved in all aspects of our closing. She was friendly, responsive, did regular check-in, and always gave great advice She made herself available for every question and appointment we had. Area went over and beyond an assisting us with the purchase of our new home. Her expertise in this business was outstanding and instrumental and helping us choose our home.
