Anja is amazing! She helped us get a house in Texas. My husband and I are from Minnesota, so she had to Leo most of the work for us. I would never work with anyone else after working with her!

Jhanvi Thakar is very experienced, detail oriented and dedicated to her work. During the time of COVID-19, she took extra precautions to make sure that even showing of the house was taken care of in a very safe manner. Due to COVID-19 we were doubtful that we would get some results soon but we were able to get the desired results within a week . She has the best team including an experienced photographer to make the video of the house for the listing . We Highly recommended her and love during these unprecedented times.

We could not have asked for a better realtor than Jhanvi. She stood by us through making offers on three different houses and made us feel like we were her most important clients the entire time. Her bargaining skills are top notch (she saved us lots of $$!) and stayed in constant communication with us every step of the way. Especially if you're a first time home buyer, you'll want to have Jhanvi Thakar in your corner. Her service was truly impeccable.

We bought this property with Anja Drewes Properties in 2015 and due to personal circumstances we had to sell the property in October 2019. Since we had nothing but an excellent experience with Anja already we of course chose her again as selling agent. We were on a very tight schedule so some issues were to be expected. But NO, Anja took care of everything and it all worked out even better than we expected. She hired an excellent photographer to get the most beautiful photos of the property. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and I still can't believe she made this transaction so easy for us. Anja Drewes gets 11 out of 10 points again, will never ever go somewhere else.
