Mark was fantastic in helping me find and purchase a 2-bedroom house. Mark was very responsive and engaged in my requests to look at properties and getting my questions answered. During the closing process, Mark continually checked in with me to make sure I had all my questions answered and to provide me updates. I called about an apartment in Gary New Duluth last week, and she asked questions to be more likely approved for it, and we both agreed I could look at the apartment on the 14th of May, at the time of typing this, it was 2 days ago. I called twice on that day 5 hours apart, no call back. She left me a voice mail yesterday, May 15, 2025 saying that there wasn’t an appointment for viewing and didn’t know which apartment I called about when it’s mentioned in the voicemails I left the day before. I won’t be renting from this company because it seems like they’re irresponsible on writing things down and actually showing up like she said she would.

Amy's style is high energy and big results. She pinpointed our exact needs and guided us through the pre-sale house preparation.
