Frances has made the process of upgrading our home almost effortless. She patiently showed us over 20 homes and then walked us through the listing process step-by-step. Incredibly attentive and responds to inquiries immediately! She was ready with recommendations for everything from financing to handyman services for make-ready and arrived on listing day with a team of stagers to help showcase our home's appeal. Beth and Alan were wonderful! Although we have bought and sold several homes, we were very anxious with this sale! An overseas assignment was in the works, and we wanted our house sold fast! They came in, brought their stager, and set us up beautifully! House sold so fast! They were incredibly patient with the daily calls and really calmed our nerves about the sale. Will definitely use them (hopefully not soon!), and definitely recommend them! Love working with neighbors!

We chose Beth and Alan to help in buying our first home and couldn't be happier. Beth was able to accommodate us for nearly a dozen showings in a matter of weeks, and was always quick to let us know how the home was priced relative to the neighborhood and the reality of getting money back on improvements. Beth was very helpful and not pushy whatsoever. When it came time to close, Alan negotiated nearly 10k off the list price. Their office was on top of making sure we had everything submitted in a timely manner and was helpful in offering up local names for repairs and estimates. The Stanfields also work closely with a great local lender that was able to get us one of the lowest rates available (we price shopped) and helped us close in 30 days. All around, a great team that I will definitely use in the future.
