Roz is an incredible advocate for first-time homebuyers! Her knowledge of Portland's micro-neighborhoods is so impressive. She is a skilled negotiator and went to bat for us on so many occasions. Erin is an absolute gem to work with. We lived in Seattle and wanted to move to Portland for a while and when we decided to take the leap, I'm glad we worked with Erin. We came down to Portland for a week with a full week of places to look at as we were trying to figure out what neighborhoods we were interested in. Erin kindly drove us to all locations and gave us details about each neighborhood. During each viewing, Erin was diligent in asking us what aspects of the home we liked/disliked so she could learn our style so later, she could send us suggestions. We had only intended to "window shop" but ended up finding a place in Hawthorne neighborhood that we loved! We told her we wanted to put an offer in and see what's happens, and with her guidance, we actually had our offer accepted and our closing costs covered by the home buyer! From there, everything was handled remotely as we had to return to Seattle, but Erin kept us updated regularly and always was on top of tasks from our lender. I don't know what we would have done without her honestly! Erin really cares about her clients and works really hard for them. If you're looking for a realtor who'll have open communication, professionalism, and guide you through the homes in Portland, definitely call Erin!
