Lisa was incredibly patient and was extremely good at responding to all my texts. Thank God we went with her. I knew the first time I talked to her, she was good! Great experience and stayed by us through entire process and now we have a great home!

We worked with Eric is our home search. We lived outside of the state and Eric recorded video tours of a couple properties, very well done and thorough. Ultimately he brought us to the house we closed on last week. Eric is well informed on the local market and extremely flexible with his schedule. We definitely will recommend him to others!

We recently bought a home in Lyme. CT. Lois was our agent. She was knowledgeable about the areas around the River and showed us all the homes we wanted to see. Her advice and opinions, when asked, were spot on. If she did not know an answer to a question about a specific house, she promptly found out and got back to us right away. With each showing, (we had about 5) we were better able to figure out what we really wanted. Lois was very patient and professional throughout the entire process. What could have been a deal breaker (a faulty septic system upon inspection) was negotiated by Lois and the listing agent so that both us and the sellers were satisfied. We trusted Lois to represent us fairly and she didn’t disappoint. We have had a few realtors over the few decades both here and in Florida and Lois is, by far, the best. We are extremely happy with our new house. We highly recommend Lois and would not hesitate using her again.
