Cliff was truly exceptional. He helped me buy my dream place in a record time. I was impressed with his knowledge of the area I chose and expertise of the market in the neighborhoods I had listed on our first meeting. The outstanding part of my experience dealing with him was the level of follow-ups he did on my behalf with all the counterparts including negotiating with the seller, getting me in contract and getting me fully prepared for the closing date in a record time. It was my first experience buying in NYC, and he made it extremely pleasant with his expertise and knowledge of the City, his readiness to jump on calls and follow up on all details, every step of the way. He is also very well connected and respected in his business.

Cliff is the best! He guided us through a lengthy search with incredible patience, insight, and thorough attention to detail. He is organized and efficient, and was able to schedule tours of multiple listings for the same afternoon, saving us time when we wanted to look at lots of different places in the same neighborhood. When we finally found “the one,” he helped us through every step of the transfer process. We were so grateful for his guidance that we enlisted him to help us sell our previous home. We have referred him to our friends and family members for various real estate transactions, and everyone has the most positive things to say about him. If we ever move in the future, we will not hesitate to ask him to be our broker again!

Rory and his team were exceptionally helpful at every stage of the process. They gave me useful advice on preparing my apartment for sale including painting and improving the flooring. They then staged the apartment with extraordinary furnishings. The photography taken completed and exceptional online presentation of my unit which led to many visits and several offers within two weeks. Rory navigated a complex set of issues to rapid resolution and I was able to sell my unit at the offering price.
