I was new to the city and didn't have the expertise/knowledge regarding the neighborhoods. JC recommended me the areas I should look for. I liked how responsive and candid he was about the properties. I didn't feel any pressure from him for buying. He was patient and able to clarify the several questions I had during the process. You can't go wrong with him.

John Paul did an outstanding job from start to finish in selling our condo. His charisma, tenacity, attentiveness, and expertise in real estate creates the perfect blend for a highly successful relator who will get the deal closed. We were remote from the property, and John Paul was there every step of the way and graciously poured out his time and effort to ensure he kept the pulse on all the listing preparations, showings, home inspection, negotiations, signing of documents, and the closing. His communication is stellar and fast, and he offered extremely efficient follow up. John Paul has a very reassuring and kind care for his clients; I felt like he was taking care of us like we were his family. I am so grateful for all the time and effort John Paul generously poured out to ensure a great closing deal. I would call him in a heartbeat if I ever have another property to sell or buy in the Chicago area.

I knew the moment I met John Paul that I wanted to work with him. He is amazing – professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and relatable. John Paul made me feel comfortable at every step in the process and was more than willing to answer every one of my questions and concerns - even the silly ones. Did I mention he helped me rent my unit in <48 hours?! I would work with John Paul over and over again.

My husband and I were recently in the market to purchase our first home. We were directed to Matt Laricy through friends and family and it was no wonder why. Matt was amazing throughout the entire process. He made the whole process simple and easy for us. He was thorough and communicative and always kept us informed throughout the entirety of the process. He was there on site to help walk us through the steps, from inspection to closing.
