Kara and I met by complete accident and I will be forever thankful we did. As a first time homebuyer she made me feel like I made a friend who was going to hold my hand and be sure I was heard every step of the way. She's extremely hard working and you can feel every step of the way she loves what she does, and cares about her clients. Kara is highly educated in her field and puts her years of experience to work. She is easily the best of the best. One of the things I appreciated the most throughout my time with her is being able to ask questions anytime (day or night) and not only was she easy to reach, but she made sure she educated me on all my options and was ready to support any direction I wanted to go. She had my back no matter what and was always thinking of my best interest. All of that and more is why Kara is exactly who you want on your team when you're house hunting. She treated my experience as her own and I'm so thankful for everything she has done and continues to do for first time homebuyers such as myself. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Cori Jo to buy a house. Cori Jo made the house-buying process so smooth and easy, despite us buying long-distance without visiting in-person. Cori Jo’s knowledge, ability to build good working relationships with the seller’s agent to advocate for us, and process management were impeccable and effective, enabling us to secure a nice house that is comfortably within our budget in a very tight market. Sarah was amazing. I had no idea what I was doing coming into this process and she walked me through everything with so much patience. Buying is stressful enough and she went out of her way to assure that everything went as smooth as possible and I never didn’t understand what was going on.

Tony made our experience as first time home buyers as seamless as it could be. Tony is a great listener, and was responsive and communicative throughout every step of the process. Tony has a great critical eye that is much needed when looking to buy a home. Tony has a lot of connections once we were in contract that allowed us to receive quotes in a very timely manner. It is very clear that Tony loves his job and is passionate about connecting with people, and supporting them in finding the right home. I would recommend anyone to work with Tony!

Samantha and the team at Opt were amazing to work with. She had great suggestions for getting the property staged and prepared for listing. She helped us set realistic expectations. The property had a lot of showings and a lot of exposure. She kept us informed all through the process. Even though our property was one of the smaller properties she was working on, Samantha and her team made us feel that we were their most important client. The closing went smoothly and we were very pleased with the results. Whether the market is strong or stagnant and whether you are selling a hut or a mansion, Samantha is the person you want representing you.
