How does this program work?
Start with the form at the top of this page: your address if you are selling, your zip code if you are buying. We match you with up to three top local agents ranked on their verified sales results. Interview them, pick the one you like, and close with that agent. Enroll here before you speak with an agent so your transaction is part of the program from the start.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. The matching is free and there is no obligation to hire anyone we introduce. Your agent's commission is agreed between you and your agent, as with any sale or purchase.
How does EffectiveAgents get paid?
When you close with an agent we introduced, that agent's brokerage shares a portion of its commission with EffectiveAgents as a referral fee. That fee is what funds this program. You never pay us directly.
What does the program offer?
This page describes the offer, and the calculator on this page estimates it from the price of the home you buy or sell. Because real estate commissions are negotiable and vary from one transaction to the next, the exact amount is only known at closing.
