The EffectiveAgents® Hurricane Relief Support Program is administered by Acuity Real Estate Services, LLC. This program is designed to provide aid to victims of Hurricanes Helene & Milton. For further information, please contact us at accounting@effectiveagents.com or service@effectiveagents.com. This is not a solicitation if you are already represented by a real estate broker. The amount of support provided is based on the sale price of the home sold or purchased and cannot exceed $25,000 per transaction. To be eligible for the maximum support contribution of $25,000, the sale price of the home sold or purchased must be $5 million or more. Real estate agent fees still apply. To qualify for the program, participants must be enrolled and represented at closing by an approved agent introduced by us. This support is not available for sellers in short sale transactions. In certain states, buyers may need seller cooperation to participate. The support amount equals 50% of the referral revenue received by the program administrator. For commercial and residential real estate purchases and leases, the support will be calculated based on the broker's gross compensation. The support amount will be either 12.5% or 17.5% of your real estate agent's compensation, depending on our agreement with your agent. Since real estate commissions are negotiable and may vary based on transaction complexities, it is not possible to determine the exact support amount in advance. Real estate agents may not be available in all areas; the program is unavailable where EffectiveAgents® lacks coverage or in remote areas where a qualified agent is not available.
