We listed our home with a well known real estate company in the area. After 6 months of very little traffic our listing expired. Will reached out to us in regards to relisting our home with him, which we did, and it sold in 2 days for over asking price. I could not recommend more.

Wil is extremely responsive to all of our questions throughout the whole process of selling our house. He is organized and knows exactly what he's doing. He's knowledgeable of the area and the market. Communication is very important and we are always kept on the loop and notified of all updates. He's also very good at negotiating and was able to get what we wanted. I highly recommend Wil.

Tisha worked with me to buy my first home. As a first time homeowner, she was a great source of information and helped guide me through the process.
