Will Raines is an excellent realtor. Professional and friendly. You would think you knew him for years. He will find you what you are looking for. Very good at his job and I can tell from previous experiences with other realtors. Will stood out and I will always call will in the future if I decide to make a move. You should as well.

Will has been helping my wife and I with the purchase of a new build. Will's attention to detail and knowledge of the market is second to none. Will answers all questions in a very thoughtful manner. If he doesn't know the answer, he will quickly do the research and find it. Will is extremely reachable and will work with the busiest schedules to make sure you have the best possible experience. Will is my realtor of choice from now on.

Will was an amazing agent. We were first time home buyers who had only youtube and our agent Will to keep us informed on the home buying process. Will was patient with us and showed us a lot of different houses in the key areas we had narrowed down. House hunting with Will was a pleasure, and he was always professional and attentive. I would recommend Will to anybody who values a personable and knowledgeable agent. Will was great, and so were the members of his team that supported us during the process. In the end, we got the house we wanted, and were able to negotiate favorable terms that suited all parties involved. Thanks Will!

Will made the impossible, very much possible. With his hard work we were able to purchase a house of our dreams with a deal of a lifetime. He is honest and genuinely cares about helping you. He knew how important the house meant to us and our family and kept making the calls and pulling strings until it became reality. I don’t think we would have been able to pull of the purchase if we had any other realtor. If you want the best in Lafayette, go with Will.

As an out of state buyer with little time to spare to find the ideal house I am glad I found Will. He was very quick to respond to all of our questions and offer his knowledge. Will and his team went out of their way to make sure this long-distance transaction was completed thoroughly and on time. He and his team even helped get the utilities situated after the sale. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy property in Lafayette and the surrounding area.
