Will did an excellent job helping us sell our home. He remained positive from the beginning to the end of the process, he listened to us but also made sure to offer suggestions based on his expertise, and he was always responsive. We were very happy with the outcome of the sale. We would highly recommend working with him!

I had an excellent experience with Will. He helped us find the perfect apartment in Hoboken. Prior to meeting him, we had about a half hour phone call where he asked us general questions such as how many bedrooms, price range, location... etc. He then threw in some of his own questions that were more specific and quite honestly things we didn't even think about prior to our search. On the same day he emailed us a custom list of apartments we might be interested in and they were all on par to what we said we were looking for. He was very flexible and understanding with our schedule as we did have to reschedule twice due to work and other obligations. When we did meet him he was very friendly and made us feel comfortable, which made the experience even better because we were able to be honest about how we were feeling about certain places. A few days later we put our offer in for the place we wanted and got it.. at a reduced price! Will was even nice enough to meet me on a Friday night to help let me in the place and take some measurements for my furniture. Overall, I would highly recommend Will to anyone looking for a great place.

Will was such a pleasure to work with from the beginning of this process right through to the end. His knowledge of the area was extremely helpful, since my roommate and I were moving from out of town. We always felt like Will was in our corner and had our best interest at heart. From searching for the best apartments for us to then showing us those properties and ultimately negotiating for the best price, he was professional, reasonable and extremely responsive. We had an extensive wish list for our new apartment but Will was able to find a property which had everything on our list and at a reasonable price. We have found the perfect apartment for us and would not have been able to do it without Will!

We worked with Will to find a place in Hoboken and he's absolutely amazing! He is super knowledgeable about the area, and has great connections with different buildings. He really understood what we were looking for and found us the perfect spot that checked off all of our boxes. His energy and commitment to us was so reassuring particularly the craziness that is 2020.

Will is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He did a great job of getting my home under contract within a matter of days. To put that in perspective, a neighbor in the building with a similar unit listed their condo and it sat on the market for months (and continues to).
