Bill helped us purchase a property in Asbury Park, NJ. His local knowledge of the area was invaluable in the decision-making and negotiations process. He knows the area and the properties well. He was always accessible and enabled a quick 30-day close, requiring significant coordination in a short period of time. He also went out of his way to obtain additional information about the property. Bill is also a pleasure to work with; his optimism and sense of humor helps lighten the inevitable stress of buying/selling. A friend referred us to Bill and we would equally refer him to anyone looking for an agent.

Bill was amazing. I’m first time home buyer and he held my hand through the entire process. He was there for every question (stupid or not). He looked out for me, gave me recommendations for inspectors and lawyers. Bill make sure everything was as easy as possible from offer to closing. It was truly my pleasure to work with him and now call him friend.

I cannot say enough about the amazing job Bill did in marketing my home. There were the expected challenges - mainly around dealing with Neptune Township. However, Bill was there every step of the way. Simply put, Bill really knows his stuff! I wholeheartedly recommend him and continue to recommend him as the only one to go to when you are looking to buy, sell, or relocate in and around Monmouth County.
