He was very knowledgeable on and ins and out of the process and has good negotiation skill that enable me to trust and make good decision all through-out the buying process. I wanted to share my 5 star review regarding our buying experience with Billy at Alt Group. From the beginning Billy was truly listening to our every need for the house we wanted in the Las Vegas area. Billy, at no time, ever pressured us but instead he was full of knowledge regrading the Las Vegas metropolitan area that he shared with us so my wife and I could make an educated decision on the area and house to purchase. When we found a house that we were interested in, Billy raced over to the location and sent us videos of the property along with his personal thoughts and observations, since we leave out of the area. Once the offer was excepted, Billy and his team continued to keep us informed thorough-out the process. We couldn't have been more pleased with the personal attention Billy and the Alt group provided and would highly recommend using them as your professional realtor!

Billy is the absolute best! He was attentive and caring to my families needs in our housing transition. He went above and beyond again and again to ensure that we were taken care! Nobody is more qualified, more considerate, and more knowledgeable than Billy. I’d never buy or sell a house in the Vegas valley without working with Billy and his team!
