Wendy did a wonderful job selling my house. She kept me advised every step of the way and answered all of my questions. I just stepped back and let her handle it and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. So much so that I have already contacted her about buying my next home! If you need an agent that knows the area, is personable, and will get it done call Wendy! You won't be disappointed.

Wendy kicked butt! She was prompt and professional at our first meeting. The agreed asking price she suggested was right where I expected, and the sale price was where I expected. Wendy had a photographer at the house the day after we signed up with her. Quite a bit of traffic happened immediately after listing. The sale happened approx. a week and half after listing. Wendy made things easy.

Sara was incredible to work with from start to finish! We had a tenant in our rental house and the conditions of the home were distressed. Sara not only found a cash buyer for us within days, the offer was also $10,000 above every other offer we had received! She helped us navigate everything as we are out of state. She stayed on top of the tenant, she opened the home for inspections, and she even closed us a full week early! Sara is calm in the face of stress and tough at the negotiation table! We are looking forward to working with Sara for all of our real estate needs around Fort Liberty!

Honestly, this is my second time working with Wendy and I‘lol definitely be looking for a different Realitor next time. Her communication is absolutely terrible. She doesn’t answer phone calls or text messages. Things would just appear in my email for me to sign and I wouldn’t have known if I didn’t have to check my email regularly. There were multiple occasions where I wasn’t sure what I was signing so I would call her to ask questions and of course no answer or call back. This was honestly the worst experience I’ve had buying or selling a house. Luckily we’ve done this quite a few times. But if your not familiar with the process I would not suggest Wendy.
