In September of 2023, I decided to retire and move out of the county. So I began the process of selling my home, myself. In December 2023 I listed it on multiple free sites and I had a few responses and inquires. But I was on a timeline and I had to have my house sold by the end of Feburary I had been talking to several realtors who promised me this and that, but no one stood out until I met Wendi. She showed me exactly what my house was worth and what I needed to get done for the house showings. She gave me contacts for some great contractors. My situation was unique due to the fact that I was also moving out of the county and had to sell 90% of my belongings. Wendi connected me with an auctioner and his sons who will come to you and literally packup everthing you have left over and sell it at an action. After listing we had several offers within a few days and a small bidding war started. Needless to say I got more than my asking price! And we closed 5 days before my flight. I made it to my destination on time, thanks to Wendi and her amazing team. I can't say enough about Wendi. I really feel like she saved my skin. I would have been so lost during some of the issues that arose, but Wendi walked me through it and was always there to remind me when I was falling behind.

Don, Wendi and team were phenomenal with helping us sell our home and buy a new one! They sold our home within 24 hours, and Don really made sure we accepted the best offer for our circumstance. Wendi helped us put a really competitive offer on a house and her expertise got the offer accepted within a couple hours! Don and Wendi are very knowledgeable, and you can truly trust them to work in your best interest. Autumn, who does a lot of the behind the scenes paperwork, was great to work with too. She always answered any questions promptly, and made the whole process simple! Very grateful to have had this team help with our homes!

I was transferred to an out-of-state job and we needed to sell our home in Liberty Township. We had bought our home 2 years prior with Team Proven Home Pros. And we knew we needed to sell quickly yet for the highest price possible. We called Don and Wendi and immediately they sprung into action to assist us with preparing the house to sell. They set a plan specific to the demographic of buyers that would be looking at our home so that we could optimize the sale price and features to their needs. We then marketed the house aggressively and reviewed several offers. Mind you, this was in January 2023 when interest rates had hit 7% and many buyers had gone into hibernation. We were thrilled with a significant offer over list price. Dona nd Wendi made sure that we made it through inspection and appraisal and onto closing. I have purchased and sold 10 houses. Wendi Sheets is one of THE best realtors I have ever worked with. She’s extraordinarily knowledgeable, personable, but is equally tenacious, strong, and professional. If I were in a tough situation I would choose Wendi above any other realtor to be on my team. She is also caring, and considerate.

Wendi was awesome considering she was dealing with us in Texas to move to Cincinnati. She dealt with our son and daughter-in-law and was exact in everything she did. She made our move back home a very easy transition. Would definitely recommend her!!!!
