Working with Wendi on the sale of our home and purchase of a new home was an absolute pleasure! Wendi kept the whole process organized electronically and was super responsive in answering all our questions, big and small, whether in person, over the phone, by text, or by email. She is by far the most accessible and responsive realtor we've ever worked with. We never wondered what was happening with our transactions because she anticipated our questions and kept us up-to-date on all developments. We really valued her expertise throughout all aspects of both transactions - she had great advice all around, especially on our local market conditions, getting ready to list, navigating inspections, and lining up our closings to meet our financial goals. Wendi assisted my wife and I with a VA purchase of our home. She was very accommodating and made sure to get answers to our questions. She is very professional and a definite people pleaser. Buying a house, sight unseen, can be frightening! Not so, with Wendi as your realtor. Walking us through multiple video chats, room to room, with each detail pointed out, made it a great experience. She is with her clients, every step of the way! After our experience, I would recommend Wendi Cornell to everyone! We not only have a realtor, but we now have a new friend!

As a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions about the home buying process. Wendi was very responsive and patient with me. She goes out of her way to help her clients. I also really appreciated her insight and knowledge of the area in which I was looking to buy. Her feedback was super helpful for me in choosing a home. Wendi has a great deal of integrity as well, and that speaks volumes in the real estate industry. I cannot recommend Wendi enough. In fact, I've already recommended her to several friends and acquaintances.
