Wayne and Freddie are like family. They are patient, diligent, understanding, and wonderful advocates for their clients. There’s no other team I’d rather have to represent me and my family. We love our new home! Wayne and Freddie were on time for appointments, negotiated well with other agents and always followed up with emails.

We didn't ever expect to buy a home without having seen it in person! But having purchased several homes over the years and feeling confident with Wayne & Freddie, everything has worked out well. We got good information from them about the pros and cons of buying in certain areas or communities. They were always responsive to our emails or texts and very accommodating in showing us homes "virtually". Brittany in their office is efficient and took care of us to the highest of standards. We were treated by the entire team in a very personable and professional way.

Wayne is highly knowledgeable, responsive to questions, and provides excellent advice regarding home readiness for sale. He came out to our house during a rain storm and walked the entire 5 acres as well as the home to get an understanding of what the home had to offer. He gave a list of things he recommended that we do to prepare, then he came out a few weeks later to check on our progress. Once the contract was signed he handled everything and just let us know when the pictures were going to be taken, he has an excellent professional decorator that comes in and makes the house look amazing. Selling a house is a lot of work but Wayne really made the process easier, we both felt like he really cared about us and our families happiness. I can't thank him and Freddie for their hard work and kindness.

Cindy was great to work with. Professional, understanding, sweet, honest, knowledge of the Redding area. She came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. We would buy or sell a home/property with her again.
