She was very easy to work with and had our needs at the forefront! Found us properties and homeowners willing to work with our 1031 exchange needs. Vivian is an exceptional real estate agent. She is not only very knowledgeable of the market and the area, but she also understands the needs of her clients. She was available after hours, helped us with the lender when needed and answered all our questions. She even went as far as to send us out information in February that we would need for our taxes. How great is that!

This was the best experience my husband and I have ever had with a real estate transaction. The home we purchased was a short sale, although it could have taken six months to get approved, it was approved within a couple of weeks thanks to Vivians knowledge. Then the home we were selling was sold in a very tough market, and we received the price we were looking for. The escrow was supposed to be 45 days, but it was complete in about 15-20 days. That was great for us.
