Stephanie is one of the most reliable realtors you will ever have! My wife and I were going through the process of buying our first house, and she and Vittoria (from @Properties) had the utmost patience in walking us through different homes. Her responsiveness is spot-on - she frequently responds within an hour or less to any request or questions we have. She brings out a lot of positive energy and is always easy to talk to. Her perseverence and patience to go through all the transactions was very impressive, and ultimately we were able to find our dream home with Stephanie and the Logli team at @Properties.

It was a pleasure working with Vittoria! We had to move to a different state and needed our home sold fast. Vittoria was able to do that for us and took care of everything that came up in the process while we were miles away. From day 1, she was very attentive, understood our situation, and provided very insightful feedback. She is an amazing marketer and also has extensive knowledge of the market and the buyer pool. She generated a great amount of interest in our house, and always kept us in the loop so we never felt any apprehension even though we were in a different state. It definitely helps when your agent is willing to go the extra mile and help when you physically can't take care of certain things. Overall, our decision to hire Vittoria definitely paid off, as we ended up selling to a cash buyer in less than a month from list!!

When you buy a new home long distance (moving from California to Illinois), you are blessed when you can find a realtor who not only knows the territory but is also on top of all the details that happen when you finally make a decision. Sonia is that person. Besides being a consummate professional, she accommodated my desire to see the possible properties on FaceTime, setting up appointments when my daughter, who lives in Illinois, could accompany her. Sonia also made every effort to answer my myriad questions about neighborhoods, condos vs. houses, etc., and helped with a recommendation for a lawyer, needed for the real estate transaction in the area, who turned out to be every bit as helpful and wonderful as Sonia was. In addition to her expertise, Sonia is someone who listens to her clients and guides them clearly to resolve problems in their best interests. I almost wish I was still looking for a new home so that I could talk with Sonia as often as I did when I was involved in my search. My hope is that I can now do that as a friend. Sonia is simply outstanding (even when serving someone who is 2000 miles away).

Sonia was wonderful to work with. She offered some very helpful suggestions on ways to make my house show better. And it did sell! Sonia is very personable and very professional. I highly recommend Sonia to help you sell your home.
