Victoria will truly be a highly reliable partner in your home search! She is incredibly knowledgeable - not just about neighborhoods, comps etc, but also about home aesthetics, floors, fixtures, windows, paint, maintenance and list simply goes on and on! her attention to detail has made our jaws drop several times. You have her full attention when she is showing you a home and she offers great advice, while not being pushy at all. We have lost count as to how many homes we went touring but she never pushed us, and diligently worked to help us find a home that met all of all our 50,000 criteria! What about her negotiation skills, you ask? Well, Victoria definitely knows how to negotiate 'elegantly' and very effectively. She is honest and does not lead you tells you about situations as they are. She does a wonderful job managing expectations of all parties involved and all the emotions that come with home buying. I don't even know if 5 stars do justice to express how hard and smart she works! We HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend working with her in your next home search.

Victoria was the best real estate agent I’ve worked with. I bought during Covid season and was getting discouraged because of how long it was taking but she assured me she would handle everything and she did exactly that. She made all the phone calls and handled everything she could from her end. You can’t ask for a better person to handle the buying or selling process. Her knowledge is top notch and she was able to answer any and all questions I had pertaining to the house, as well as the buying process. I will always use Victoria and I ALWAYS recommend her to everyone!!

Victoria was a true professional to deal with during the sale of our property. She introduced our property to potential buyers, spent a significant amount of time with the eventual buyers, and overall was very invested in this process. I truly felt that Victoria earned us a higher purchase price and terms than we would have gotten otherwise. I would highly recommend Victoria for your next sale or purchase of property!
