From day one, we could tell Kathryn had our best interest in mind. We spoke to a couple realtors before but were very difficult to get a hold of and was not really in the “let’s get you a house” mindset. Kathryn, however, was very responsive, very optimistic, and very driven to get us what we wanted and what was best for us. She was very knowledgable and she went above and beyond for us so that we may get the home we wanted. She truly made us feel heard, respected, and taken care of. She made our home buying process so easy that I kept questioning if it should be this easy. Turns out, if you have the right realtor, it really is that easy. We were able to close within a little over a month. If you want to have a stress free home buying experience, you should DEFINITELY work with Kathryn.

Kathryn was such a breath of fresh air in the home buying process. Readily available to answer any and all questions while providing her expertise in areas where my husband and I solicited her guidance, Kathryn continued to show up with a can-do attitude and treated us as the priority. We were able to settle within 60- days of God's yes in what we call our FOREVER home. I highly recommend Kathryn for any future home purchases. She's a one woman show all by herself surrounded by a team of professionals who will get the job done! I am forever grateful for the short journey, and you will be too! #highlyrecommended

Kathryn helped me and my husband find our dream house before it was even posted online. She is very responsive and understanding and takes into consideration what you like and don’t like to help find you a place that will fit your needs. She was so supportive and excited for us, she took pictures of us with the house we loved, made sure we got all the changes we wanted to it and even gave us a gift the day we closed! I definitely recommend her if you want a realtor who is going to help you every step of the way.

Kathryn went beyond normal service for our family, as we where purchasing a new home while we lived in Japan. She went and checked the house at odd hours so she could video chat us as means to see our home as it was being built. She also helped with fluid dealings with the seller and closing attorney to make sure that everyone was on the same page. This was one of the smoothest parts of moving from a different country.
