From start to finish, the process of selling my mother's house was made easier by Sara. I live an hour away from the property I was selling, so I neded someonw I could rely on to be there in my place at times. Sara was always willing to be that person. She continued to keep me informed about what was happeing with the property and quickly made me aware of any issues. There were some issues that came up during the final stretch of closing on the house and she was more than willing to help me through them. Sara made what could have been a challenging situation very easy. We had to sell my mother's home after she passed, but I wasn't local. Sara and the rest of the team provided fantastic direction on the process of selling a house in NJ (I live in CA) and marketed the property effectively. 8 offers within the first week. We sold above the list price as well.
