Vickie did a great job negotiating a contract for a condo. She was extremely helpful as I waded through my first time buying process! She made sure I understood the contract and she made sure that all of the t's were crossed and i's dotted to protect me during the whole process. She is a gem. I will tell all of my friends that are thinking of buying property to call her. They won't be disappointed. I have made a lifetime friend too!!!

This is the second time we've worked with Vickie and had a great experience both times. She helped my mother move from her home to a condo after my father's death, and then nearly a decade later sold her condo so that she could be closer to me in Nashville. Vicki does what she says she'll do. She made the process easy and presented us with multiple offers. She is incredibly knowledgable about Knoxville, potential red flags with offers, closing issues, etc. Because she's 'on it,' I didn't have to worry!
