Vicki is a professional realtor. She and Robert are working together, and they respond so fast and give a clear information. We were the first time buyer, so needed the detailed information of the house that we wanted. After meeting Vicki, everything became so smooth. She gave us inspector numbers and introduced the local loan office so that we could proceed without any concern about interest rate. Also, her gifts made us happy and warm inside. I really appreciate their efforts and advice. I would like to recommend Vicki and Robert.

Highly recommend Vicki for your real estate needs! 3 years ago she helped my husband and I (in state buyers) and my parents (out of state buyers) each get a home in the Birmingham area. As a student in a crazy market, I struggled to get out of school for showings but Vicki and her husband helped with everything. Now that I’m done with school and we were ready to sell, she sold our home in less than 2 days and currently has my parents’ place under contract as well, both above asking price. She is kind, a go-getter, and made both the buying and selling process easy. I never had any issues reaching her or having my questions answered. She even went above and beyond one day by helping us when my husband locked himself out of the house and our spare key was in the lockbox for showings. Highly recommend!!

We were very fortunate to have Vicki Warner as our realtor as we were searching for our first home in Alabama. She sent us a ton of listings to choose from, was available when we needed her, went above and beyond helping us in many areas, and went out of her way to help us. Not only did we have a wonderful realtor but truly a dear friend that felt like we were working with family. She made the process so easy and helped us tremendously. We are very grateful that we had her as our realtor and would use her again and again if we needed to and would refer her to anybody looking for a home.
