Vashon was an excellent agent representing us for the sale of our home. He is very responsive and direct when posed with questions/concerns regarding the sale of our home. He is a great negotiator who always provides alternatives and allows us the opportunity to make the final decision and he supports it. He provides market comparisons throughout the process and is very realistic when it comes to comparable prices. Vashon is very motivated and delivers in a very professional and timely manner. Having bought and sold at least six homes, Vashon by far has been the best and I truly value his opinion and dedication to making us as clients happy. Great experience, definitely exceeded all expectations. House sold way faster than I predicted. So quick that we received an offer within less than 24hrs after listing. Mr. Hargrove was very knowledgeable at his craft, professional and spot on when we wld get a buyer. The whole experience was easy. Highly recommend him to future buyers needing to sale expeditiously.
