Troy truly listen to & cares about his clients. He found me exactly what I wanted and was there for me every step of the way!! I explained that I need to find a home near as many expressways as possible & that I really wanted to look into pre-construction if possible. He was able to find me a pre-construction townhome right next to 826, I 75 & the turnpike & I could not be happier. Troy was also able to negotiate a better price for me during the beginning of the process. This is my first home, and having someone like Troy who has the experience but also cares & answered every question I had and assisted me through the entire process was a blessing!! It made my home buying experience, hassle free which is not what I have heard from other home buyers. Thank you Troy!!

I truly enjoyed working with Troy and would highly recommend him. From settong up appointments and honestly in pricing your home for a sale. Told us about homestead and portability which we knew nothing about. Made sure photos of the home we professionally done and open houses to gey your home seen and sold. Troy had knowledge of the local area and was always ready to take a phone call and calming any concerns that you might have. You don't feel like just a customer but more like family. Happy my home is sold,but i will miss talking with him. Should the need ever come to sell another home or know a friend selling their home i will give them Troy's number.

Troy helped up rent a home in 2015 and we were extremely happy with his knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism and expertise. We were so happy with him that in 2016 when we decided to purchase a home, our first call was to Troy. Once again, he was terrific. He helped us every step of the way through our home search, negotiations with both the seller and the mortgage company and finalizing the purchase. I have since referred a few of my friends to Troy and I will definitely continue to do so.

I was concerned that the sale of my Mother's home would be torture! Troy made the entire experience quite easy and very manageable. We came out of the sale VERY happy and certainly exceeding all our expectations
