Where to begin about Mr. Ty LeBlanc. A prior customer told me that if I was looking in the Houma La area that I NEEDED to contact Mr. LeBlanc, so when I was ready to look I made contact with him. From the moment I spoke to him I was put at ease during my first home buying process. After I made contact with Mr. LeBlanc the first time, i wasn't able to acquire a Loan but when I finally was able to get the green light from the Loan Company (not quite a year) I immediately made contact with Ty again and he remembered who I was and the original house I was interested in. We set up a time to look at a couple of houses during that first phone call. From there the whole process was almost a whirlwind of wonderful moments. Ty was always quick to respond either via text or phone call and he really really made my husband and I relaxed and calm through this process but that was just the beginning. When we finally found our home, Mr. LeBlanc walked us through the process and made sure we were comfortable with the information and the results of the inspection and appraisal. We had a difficult time with getting the results of the appraisal and that is when Ty stepped in and and made things happen and we finally received the results. If it wasn't for Ty LeBlanc I am not sure if we would have been able to purchase our dream home. The day of closing Ty met up with us and showed us where the title company was, since we were unfamiliar with our new town. When we were finally Homeowners, He even brought us to the utility companies to make things easier on us. Ty LeBlanc in my opinion is the guy to go to for all your Real Estate Needs. He truly loves what he does and truly cares about his clients and wants what is best for them. If i could give more stars for him I would. Thank You So Much Ty For All You Have Done For Us. Wow! Incredible agent! Really went above and BEYOND to find us our house. Was quick with finding us the right closing attorney as well as with an area we fell in love with. Must use realtor! Thanks again Ty
