Joanne Z. Baron went over and above in every way. She knew Sudbury and the raiding areas like the back of her (she could even detail the pros and cons of local streets on the fly). When we were on the fence as to whether we could make Sudbury work for us, she acted as our sherpa. Overall, we were amazed by her responsiveness and thoroughness. She sets herself apart from the pack as she has deep integrity and really cares (the hand-holding continued to occur after closing). Always there for us and can't recommend enough!

If you’re looking to build a homebuyer dream team, the first step is to make Lori Dawson your buyer agent! My wife and I recently worked with Lori while buying our first home, upon recommendation from our friends who had worked with her previously. Being first-time home buyers, we knew little about the process. Lori guided us at every step of the journey. She explained the procedures involved and our pending action items at every step carefully and answered all our questions patiently. She was always available whenever we needed some info or wanted to act on something quickly. Even when she was on a vacation, she responded to our emails promptly and ensured we were accompanied during showing by her colleagues at Shulkin Wilk. She is professional, diligent, and very friendly. She is prompt in reaching out to the stakeholders (lender, attorney, seller agent, etc) and facilitates communication efficiently among them. I can't say enough good things about Jared and Lori. They are totally professional and always responsive. They are patient and will always take time to make sure their clients understand each step of the process. Any buyer or seller would be lucky to have them in their corner.

The Shulkin Wilk Group is amazing. I worked with Jared and Lori on both the buy and sell side and they delivered on both ends. They helped up get to know our new neighborhood and understand the area, and created a strategy to sell that was executed perfectly. They even went the extra mile to make sure utility payments were squared away and helped us with paperwork to register our children in their new schools. I can't recommend them enough!!

The Shulkin Wilk Group stood out as the absolute best Wellesley has to offer: their social media presence was strong, and we could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Jared and Joanne then met at our home where they spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data, and an extremely professional presentation complete with historical data, illustrations and comps in our area. We collaborated on the plan that worked best for our future goals and they had realistic and creative ideas to meet our needs. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Their hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing. They continued to walk us through every step of the way.
