Let me first say that I don't normally write reviews, whether I'm satisfied or not with a product or service. However, I would be doing a disservice to this community to not let you know what an excellent real estate professional Tonjia Landreth is with Bridge City Realty. She went way beyond what you would typically expect from a real estate agent in the home buying process. Any real estate company or agent will be more than happy to sell you are home, but what you will get from this company is far beyond what most real estate professionals provide. She works extremely hard to ensure that her client is protected every step of the way, and she doesn't stop until you are completely satisfied. The business ethics of this company are impeccable. I would recommend her and Bridge City Realty to anyone buying or selling a home in the Chattanooga and the North GA area. A huge THANK YOU to Tonjia Landreth, Donace Dillon, and Jeremy Landreth for far surpassing what was required!

Responded to my email immediately. Met with us and showed us what we requested. Since we are from another state, our "shopping" and "time" was limited, but Tonjia was great. She keeps us updated on properties coming on the market as well as an occasional email to touch base with us. Since we have not yet purchased or even put in an offer I cannot respond to Tonjia's negotiation skills, but am sure they are superior!

Tonjia was extremely helpful in both selling my home and with helping me purchase a new one. She was always willing to go out of her way and even branched outside of her normal showing area in order to help me find the perfect house. She is very knowledgable and honest her in recommendations. She did not try to rush or push me into a purchase and encouraged me to continue to search until I was completely satisfied with my decision. I would recommend her services to anyone.
