Tommy was amazing, met him almost 5 years ago and we stayed in touch until I was ready to buy. He was patient through the process and when the time came he helped us navigate the local laws and procedures, worked with us as our local eyes and ears as we live 1200 miles north. We saw a house on Zillow 3 or 4 years ago and contacted Tommy about the property. We came down to Key West in 2021 but didn't decide to buy. Several trips later Tommy was still patient and helping us, he sent us houses and followed up with us over time period. We finally found a house last month (November 2023) that we love and Tommy made it happen. We highly recommend Tommy! He is very professional, patient and easy going.
