Michael was exceptionally helpful in helping us find and close on our property. During the extensive search there were times of frustration, but Michael instinctively saw what we really wanted and targeted those options. He was right and we could not be happier. Throughout the process, Michael was honest by knowing our key concerns and not wasting our time chasing properties that we would eventually rule out. For four years I have worked with Spot on the Lake Realty. I have experienced 7 transactions with Spot on the Lake, 4 purchase transactions and 3 Sale transactions. Michael took the time and put in the effort to help us location and purchase the perfect home for us. We especially appreciated the fact that he was in no way 'pushy' with regards to any of the locations we viewed and was very willing to offer professional insight to questions we had.
