Buying a new home is stressful enough on its own, but the pressure of buying site unseen from the other side of the country is completely overwhelming. Putting out trust in Tom Bashe from start to finish, was the best choice we could have possibly made. From day one he was on the ball, and ever present in each and every step. His knowledge, experience and professionalism were paramount in choosing the right home and orchestrating a seamless escrow. Our journey was not without hiccups and road bumps and an occasional avalanche but through every step, we were able to rely on Tom to see us through to the other side. He was honest and thorough, and made sure that we understood what was happening at each and every intersection. He helped us make choices without bias, and we always knew he had our best interests at heart. I personally appreciated the way he made himself available to ease fears and concerns that arose several times throughout the process. Making a cross country move with a large family was quite the endeavor but because of Tom Bashe, we did not have to worry about where we would land or whether or not everything would go as planned. I was house hunting from a distance. I was not always able to drive the 70-miles to look at places, drive neighborhoods, etc. Additionally, in this market where properties were selling in 1-2 days, it was important to jump on properties immediately. Korrin and Tom were excellent partners. They accommodated my schedule, and even made video tours available for me when I was unable to make the drive. Their knowledge of the neighborhoods was a great help in my decision making. Additionally, and more importantly, they were very transparent, giving me truthful answers and responses to all my questions. Finally, they were available. In the months we worked together, they were always available. They responded timely and always made sure I was comfortable before ending the call. I will enthusiastically and without hesitation recommend Korrin and Tom to anyone house hunting in the Temecula area.

Tom is the best Realtor that I have dealt with in Temecula. I had 4 separate escrows at the same time and Tom handle his escrow for one of my properties without a problem or delay. Full price sale on the first day!!! Outstanding!!!
