Josh did a great job looking out for my needs and listened to what I was asking for when it came to a house that would work well for me. He always kept my budget in mind made note of the things I said would be dealbreakers, until I was able to find the right place for me.

Spencer was a great help in steamlining and ensuring the detail of the negotiations. He took it upon himself multiple times to ensure all measures in our contract were met to a satisfactory degree. He knew multiple local contactors and repairmen who were able to address some of the property's faults. His work is prompt and detailed, and he explained each step of the process to me, which was exceedingly helpful. I'd recommend him as an agent to those looking.

When we first met with Todd, we had already interviewed a couple of other agents and it became apparent that Todd was the right choice to get our home sold. With his years of experience and strategies to sell such as his Open House parties, he was able to help us sell our home for more money than we thought possible. It was such a seamless process! We chose to go with Todd and his team because they were straightforward, willing to go the extra mile to help in any way possible to make our goals a reality, and communicated with us in a way that made us feel like we were part of the process. Todd is an amazing realtor, this man went above and beyond finding us a home to fit us. He learned very quickly what we liked and didn’t like. He found us a home in a timely manner. Everything ran smoothly, we are more then please with the service we received from Todd it was an honor having him as our realtor I highly recommend him to anybody looking for there first home or there 6th home he is the man, thank you Todd keep up the great work.
