Todd is intelligent, methodical, and has strong local insight and connection to western Colorado. Todd was able to identify a property that specifically met our requirements. There are many neighborhoods in Montrose, CO and many different builders. Finding the right configuration and placement can be daunting, but Todd was able to find a property with low maintenance, no HOA, limited zoning restrictions, and new construction. The perfect house for us. Strongly recommend this guy!

Todd was a huge help in selling our second home on Loghill. The last time we had sold a house was in 1985 and the process had changed significantly! Todd took us through the process with a wonderful understanding that an old guy like my self needs a lot of hand holding. He answered every question with patiences and compassion. He was always available, and when he couldn't answer a call, always returned the call in a very reasonable time frame. He went so far as to go out of his way to work with both parties in the transaction to make sure there wasn't any misunderstandings. If I ever have the opportunity to need help in real estate arena, Todd and United Reality Snuffels will be the only one's I will contact and use!

I have purchased a number of properties through the years and can say without hesitation that Todd was the best realtor I’ve ever encountered. He made my house purchase easy. I was out of town for much of the process, and Todd met contractors for the necessary inspections and repairs and pushed them to get things completed in a timely manner. He had an excellent knowledge of the home I was buying and the property itself. He made sure the home was super clean before closing by hiring his cleaning crew to make it spotless. He arranged a meeting with me and the seller so I could learn more about the property and have any additional questions answered. Todd put together a list of contacts that would be helpful for me in the future. Todd was always a text, or phone call away with anything I needed. I’m excited about my new home Todd. Put your fears aside, as you will be in excellent hands with Todd! As first time home buyers, my husband and I could not be more grateful for the insight and honesty he brought to the table. We never felt intimidated by his wealth of knowledge, but rather his patience helped us learn and grow during our months of exploring.
