There so much to say about Tina Crowley. Tina was and is my angel. The night before my closing, I found out some news that potentially would lead me to lose the home. It was a communication problem with my personal bank and the closing lawyer. I called Tina barely able to articulate the situation. She figured out what was going on between my sobs and she immediately found a solution. It was like magic. I know that Tina was able to do this because she is experienced and has amazing intuition. She knows real estate. She knows how people are during this tremendously stressful time. And she manages the process flawlessly. I put my trust in her the moment I met her and it was one of the best life decisions I've ever made.

Tina was amazing. She helped me accomplish my dream of buyin a home before I turned 30. I was impressed with her knowledge, expertise and experience. I would definitely use her again and recommend her to anyone in the real estate market.

The first time I talked with Tina I felt like she was someone I could trust and depend on. I knew I wanted her to help me find a home. She is a caring, very knowledgable, professional . You truly feel that she is there for you 100 percent and then some, to ensure your home buying experience is what it shoud be. Tina made my home buying experience the best it could be. I will tell everyone interested in buying a home about my experience with her. I feel as though I have also gained a dear friend. I certainly don't want our relationship to end .

Tina is knowledgeable, kind and honest. She made the whole process of selling our home easy and seamless. We listened and took her advice and our home sold exactly as predicted! Not only that, Tina also made a charitable donation in our name after our sale. We wish she could have been there to help us buy our new home, which is out of state. Do not hesitate to contact Tina!

When I first met Tina, we immediately hit it off. But, not only is she a great person, she is a top notch Real Estate agent! She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the process. Tina is very professional, well-connected, and has stellar negotiation skills. I was moving in from out of state and she quickly helped me find a great home in a wonderful neighborhood. First, she really listened to all my must haves and every property she showed me met my criteria so I was able to find? several homes I liked. She helped me through the very competitive offer process. She provided me with market comps so I could make an informed offer that was accepted. Then, she was my advocate through the entire purchase process!!! Her recommended third parties (attorney, etc.) were excellent also! I ended up having various difficult situations with the appraiser, the seller, the seller's agent, and the seller's attorney. In each situation, Tina led the negotiations, educated the other side, and kept the sale moving. Throughout each ordeal, she kept me informed of the status all while sheltering me from the drama. Tina went above and beyond to keep the sale moving when what should have been a simple sale went off course. I'm so grateful I had Tina in my corner!!!
