This was our first time selling a house. Tim was kind and responded quickly to all of our questions. He graciously walked us through the process step by step. Tim remained just a text or call away, finishing up all the details as we were moving out of state. We would definitely seek him out to be our realtor should we move back to the area.

Tim helped us find a house five years ago and he was an easy choice to help sell the house when it came time for us to leave Omaha. Great personality and very knowledgeable. Was responsive quickly to any concerns or questions I had and certainly helped alleviate my anxieties. Would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor!

When my husband and I were new to Omaha, we reached out to Tim to ask a few questions about different neighborhoods. While knowing we weren't ready to buy yet, he still took the time to tour us around the midtown Omaha area and spend hours walking through different houses together. Time passed, we even put an offer on a house across the street from his which didn't work out, and then we finally bought a house through him when our time was right. He stuck by us the whole time and even through in a 1-year home warranty when there was a misunderstanding between us and the sellers. Now, as first time homeowners, we reach out to him periodically to ask different questions to eventually prep our home for resale. He has become a friend and we recommend him constantly. We know where to turn when we sell our house!

I don't know how you can find a better real estate professional than Tim! He is extremely knowledgeable about the local market and knows neighborhoods like the back of his hand. He helped us find the perfect house in one of the best Omaha neighborhoods and then turned around and sold our old house in one day!! He is extremely generous with this time, and will go the extra mile to help you through the entire process. We wholeheartedly recommend Tim for anyone looking to buy or sell. He is the best!
