What a great Team! Bottom line: we had a contract above asking price before the listing went live. We wish we had come here first. After a frustrating start with another realtor, Fykes Realty Group was our next stop to get ourselves back on course. Early in the first meeting, it was clear this is where we should have started. Tiffany and Sara were sympathetic as they reviewed our situation and compelling as they presented their strategy to help us meet our goals. Their analysis and marketing seemed to begin immediately. My husband and I started looking for a home a year ago and turned to FYKES realty. We were intimated at first but John really helped us throughout the entire process. The market in Nashville is really crazy right now, and we were about to give up but FYKES stepped it up. They found our now home and it's absolutely perfect. Home buying is super daunting but FYKES really helped us.
