Excellent experience and would recommend Thomas to anyone moving to the area. Thomas was recommend to us by my brother in law and my parents, who both used him in 2022 for their moves to Bluffton. He was the best Realtor we could've hoped for. We were moving from out of state and had never been to Bluffton before, so we relied heavily on all his knowledge. Thomas answered every possible question we had. When we e-mailed or called he responded promptly and quickly. Most of the time it was within the hour if not the same day. His knowledge of the area and the market is unmatched. He helped us greatly with our school choice for our children and answered our questions honestly. I would absolutely use him again and would recommend him to my family and friends.

Thomas recently assisted us with the sale of our Hilton Head home. We felt that in a market that was slowing down it was important for us to select a relator who was well connected with potential buyers, as well as a strong history of selling properties. We wanted someone who was very knowledgeable of local real estate data and trends, and who could skillfully represent us in the negotiating process. We got that in Thomas. From the initial meeting with him through the closing and after, Thomas was very honest, straight-forward and clear on what steps we should take to sell our home. He presented candid, well documented thoughts on the value of our home, how to market it and "the process". The pictures he had taken really differentiated our home from the competition, and in combination with his outreach to his realtor network, resulted in over two dozen showings of our home and four offers in the first week it was on the market. Thomas' communications were always timely. He was very responsive during the entire process, even while juggling multiple priorities. As we had to address tertiary issues related to moving from our home, he provided great recommendations on contacts in the area that could assist us with those issues. He demonstrated a high sense of professional ethics that clearly puts him at the top of his profession. We would recommend Thomas to anyone who is in the process of buying or selling a home.

Thomas’ background and area knowledge is outstanding. He is truly an exception with the typical real estate agent. I know he’s a very busy agent but never felt he was too busy to take care of our needs. He is also a breath of fresh air in his communication style. It’s easy to understand why he is a very successful Realtor.

Three words describe Thomas Kersey. . . grace under pressure. He professionally guided us through an out-of-state move into a new build that was riddled with construction difficulties and limited builder communication. As an area native, Thomas has a deep understanding of surrounding neighborhoods and the local market. Highly recommend!
