Our whole home buying process seemed like the most stressful never ending odyssey and not until the final weeks did it feel like we were ever even able to see the light at the end of the tunnel. However, Tom was there to keep us from jumping from the ledge whenever the next obstacle ever seemed to present itself. He always seemed eager to show us what ever listing we asked and when we finally found a house we loved he was there to negotiate a much better price for us. (Talk to any real estate agent around and they’ll tell you we got a total steal for the neighborhood). Our home required a lot of paper work which meant months of waiting and Tom periodically checked in on us and on where we were in the process. And he’s very nice too. He’s also great hanging out with our kids in the living room on our endless trips to check and recheck our house.

I have a sincere appreciation to Thomas for his outstanding support and expertise throughout my first home purchase. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions and anxiety, but Thomas was an invaluable guide, making the entire process seem less daunting. From the initial negotiations to the final closing, Thomas maintained a high level of professionalism, patiently addressing all my queries, and was great match to my style of communication. His explanations for all of my questions significantly helped my understanding of what seemed like a confusing process. I am quite lacking in negotiation skills, and Thomas was a good guide on letting me know how to go about sending offers and getting a feel for the market. At the end of the day, we got to a price that I felt very comfortable with. The process was fast and much less daunting than I had percieved, and I have Thomas to thank for that. I can easily recommend Thomas to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable real estate professional.

Tom is an excellent realtor! He helped my husband and I purchase our first home together and guided us every step of the way. Tom was very responsive to all our texts/calls. He showed us a lot of apartments for several months, talked through the pros and cons of each one, guided our offers, and helped us through closing. Tom is very knowledgeable in real estate. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home!!

Thomas is a knowledgeable realtor with great experience in the business. He guided us through the whole process with great communication and fast responses. We saw a few houses before we fell in love with one and he did mention when we first met that you’ll feel it when it’s right. He’s a very good negotiator and stayed well within our budget. He worked some magic and we got the house at asking price. We also ran into some issues with our bank and thought we were gonna lose the house but with Thomas’s contacts we had no further issues. We love our home and Thomas is invited anytime for a BBQ because he is also now a friend who still keeps in contact.
