Theresa did an outstanding job finding a home for us. We had to move fast, quick, and in a hurry. She came to our rescue at the right time. She exudes integrity and we trusted her with our family home needs. She took our non negotiable into consideration when assisting us into purchasing the perfect home. She was honest and gave great advice when she felt like a home wasn't the right fit. We picked Theresa because we felt like we were in good hands. She knows her stuff when it comes to looking at issues with homes. My advice to you when selling or buying a home is to trust Theresa's guidance and expertise.

Theresa was seriously so great in helping us sell our home! She helped us every step of the way in planning the listing process, helping prepare our home, making sure great pictures were taken, and even negotiating a better selling price at the very end. Theresa was amazing to work with and like talking to a friend. She made sure I was 100% sure in my decision and that meant a lot! We had some issues in the selling process and in my panic attack she was quick to figure out a solution and update me throughout.
