I arrived in Newnan in 2023 and needed a realtor. Terri came highly recommended; I soon realized I would benefit by her intimate knowledge of the area and what parts of Newnan would suit me best. Terri was thorough in getting an accurate sense of my needs and diligent in searching out potential properties for me. She was always on top of property listings. I found Terri to be very responsive to my calls, texts, and emails, and remained engaged throughout the home hunting process.

Terri is the crème de la crème of real estate agents and brokers. She has been part of our family since she helped us purchase our first home in March of 2006. She is passionate about her job as well as ensuring the clients she serves are educated about the market and are not taken advantage of. We love and appreciate Terri & her team!

Terri was an absolute pleasure to work with! With my strict search criteria, it took us 8 months to find the right property. She is everything you want in an agent, and more. She listened to my wants/needs/budget, and stuck to those items. She is patient, flexible, incredibly knowledgeable of the market and surrounding areas. She is also incredibly kind and personable. Not every call was "down to business"...she would engage in meaningful conversation before getting to the business part, which I appreciate. She truly wants to help you find the right property at the right price. She wants what is best for you, and not just trying to make a deal. During negotiations, she fought for us, and succeeded! Her professional network of inspectors, lenders, and colleagues is unmatched. I used an inspector and lender that she recommended, and am very pleased with the results! I recommend Terri a thousand times over!

Terri and her team are experienced, professional, and very helpful! Communicate your target and intention clearly, discuss with Terri and her team, and setup steps of action to achieve your goal. She professionally handled requests from buyer, and responses from me; she helped order termite inspection and septic letter, which helped releasing stresses on me a lot!
