I thank God everyday that I found Andy's advertisement on FB and contacted him. It was one of the best moves I ever made. We made an appointment, met, decided on a date to list, completed the listing and had a contract within 10 days. House was listed, sold and closed in 37 days. Not only was he an excellent realtor, he also became a good friend.
