Tammy was very cordial, patient, and responsive wih our needs, particularly since we were absentee owners. She kept us informed of all house showings, even when other brokers did the showing. She was always available to meet with us whenever we were in town and guided us with all the paperwork involved with selling a house.

Tammy is an amazing real estate agent. From day one I was completely at ease with her. She is personable, professional and very knowledgeable of the Greers Ferry Lake area. My calls and texts were responded to promptly. We found the lake house of our dreams! With Tammy, it was never about "making a sell". It was about listening to what we were looking for and matching the house to us. As soon as we closed on our house we had land to sell in the same area. We listed it with her and within weeks it was SOLD! Thank you, Tammy!

Great to work with and very patient and helpful. We looked all summer long and she found us the perfect place. We thought we wanted on one end of the lake and she showed us many great homes. But the we decided on the other end of the lake and she found our great vacation home. Even though we were indecisive for a while she was always so friendly and helpful. Loved working with her.
