Tammy and her team is super professional. I've been working with her for more than 7 years. She helped me rent out my house for couple of times and sell my house. She is very diligent and knowledgeable. She knows the market very well, which gave us the best strategy and advice. and the fact approved that she is always correct. Tammy sold my house in 4 days, and we received multi offers, all of them are above listing price. She is a good negotiator, not only maximized the value of my house, but advised us to choose the best offer for us. I would highly recommend Tammy and her team. she is the best in western NY.

Tammy is very knowledgeable about every property that she shows. She works with you for appointments and meetings, and always comes prepared with information. I would definitely recommend Tammy.

Prior to our first meeting when I was selecting a listing agent she came in with incorrect info re the square footage of my home, as did the other realtors. I immediately corrected her. Upon preparing the brochure for the listing she again misrepresented the square footage. I immediately contacted her office with the correction. Believing they had made the corrections we accepted an offer. A number of days perhaps weeks later her husband/associate contacted me claiming there was a problem with the square footage that was represented and buyers were pulling out. At no time did Tammy or any member of her team acknowledge their error or accept any responsibility for the misrepresentation to the buyers. We subsequently had a very difficult time getting her to meet with us to resolve the issue to our satisfaction.

I have bought & sold a number of properties over the years. I have worked with some very competent realtors. Tammy & her team by far are the best I have ever worked with. They provided me invaluable advice and worked diligently to get my property sold. It felt like the old days with the care and concern I received. I would highly recommend Tammy & her team. Fantastic! Tammy Capozzi and her team have been immensely supportive and knowledgeable in all areas of the sale of my parents' home in Kenmore. Tammy is extremely professional, delegating duties to her team in areas in which they have expertise outside her own expansive knowledge. By engaging others on her team in areas of their strengths, it leaves her open to pursue her own masterful negotiation skills.
