Tammy is by far the most professional, informed and motivated real estate agent we have ever worked with. We sold our last home using Tammy and we decided to sell our current home, there was no question that Tammy would be the person we would entrust to sell our condo. From the initial meeting, to discuss selling price, setting expectations, professional photography including the 360 degree virtual video, she was on top of her game. Even when offers were submitted, she made sure backup offers were in place as well. She is the sweetest and most professional agent out there. We would only list or recommend Tammy to friends and family.

Tammy & her team were terrific to work with. Communication & updates were timely & thorough. Despite being frequent visitors to the St. Pete Beach area, we were a plane flight away & rookies in home ownership on the coast. Having an agent that has lived her whole life in the area was an amazing asset. Tammy & son Chris spent time with us initially to better understand what we were looking for, and helped cull a list of initial properties to consider. Her knowledge of the area, builders, and home types helped steer us in the right direction. We found a property that we love quickly, then had a long wait to closing due to a tenant residing in the home. During this period, Tammy & her team (especially Zee) kept us informed on the process, and reminded when we had steps to take. Closing went smoothly, and we couldn't be happier with the process!
