Sylvia was wonderful as I only had a few days to tour homes until I left for Florida. Purchased a home and I closed 3 weeks later. She went out of her way to coordiante my furniture and vehicle delivery while I was still in Florida. She goes the extra steps for her clients. Sylvia is easy to work with very fast response time and knows the area well. I would strongly recommend her for either a purchase or a sale. She's the one for YOU!

Sylvia was very thorough while doing our transaction. As a retired Realtor I am very aware of incompetent Realtors and was hesitant in hiring someone I didn’t know, but she did not disappoint me. Very pleased.

I started dealing with Kurt and Sylvia from my home in Washington State in early Fall of 2020. I interviewed several realtors on the phone to sell my second home in the desert. I went with the Gaffney Team of Desert Sands Reality and knew I selected the right agent. They have become my friends and I have told everyone about my wonderful experience. I asked about the selling time and they said about 1 month. It sold in 3 weeks for more than I was expecting. The process was painless and I would definitely use them again.
