Suzie went above and beyond to help us sell our house after we moved out of state. Taking her personal time to stop by and check on the house and even helping with some unexpected items. She was definitely a pleasure to work with.

Suzie really cares about her clients. She listens to their wants and needs when selling and buying a house. She is very knowledgeable about the area and doesn't waist time showing you houses that don't fit in your specifications. When Suzie is with you, she devotes that time strictly to you, she's not on the phone or texting or calling or answering the phone when she is with a client. Suzie is very well respected, she does the very best job she can do for each one of her clients. She works hard and always has her clients best interest in mind. She is fair and ethical for all parties involved. She sold my house and helped me find a good house I purchased. I knew, after only meeting with Suzie for the very first time we met, that Suzie was going to work really hard to sell my house and find another house for me to purchase. I felt very comfortable and had a lot of peace going with Suzie to sell and then buy. She is not only the best realtor but she has become a good Christian friend.

Suzi was recommended to me by a professional within the Title search business in our county. From the first meeting Suzi's professionalism was evident. She is able to blend a professional and personable style during what can be a very stressful process. Suzi made several recommendations for modifications and updates to our home to assist with obtaining the best possible sale price. We followed all of her recommendations and the result was nothing short of amazing. The sale process was as painless as possible with a very good result. I highly recommend Suzi.
