*responding to 10/18 response from realtor: editing my previous review to add the photographer working with Damon Realty did a great job. Suzanne met us at our house and at this meeting she told me to forward her any and all communication/advances from other realtors I received. Emails, voicemails, texts, she wanted it all. We were not under any contract at this point so I found that odd. A few weeks later we signed our contract and communication pretty much tanked from then on. She wasn’t present at important inspections after she said she’d be there. She had conversations with the buyers agent without our feedback and took negotiations into her own hands when advised to consult with us before responding to buyers agent. Suzanne wanted to list our house too low, we spoke up and earned more on closing because we insisted the price be listed above her suggestion. That was not her putting in effort to get us more money, that was us knowing what our home was worth in the current market. Overall, communication 0/5 Punctuality 0/5 Professionalism 1/5

Met Karen through family, her wonderful cheery personality and the depth of knowledge and experience told me she be the best realtor to represent me. And within two weeks she got me into my place I can call home, and I absolutely love it!!! Thank Karen!!! Would highly recommend her to anybody!!!

We absolutely loved working with Suzanne and her team! We wanted to find a new home and get out of renting and a friend of ours suggested Suzanne! The first time we talked to her we knew she was the perfect fit for us! We loved that we were able to talk to her and her team anytime we had any questions, and when we wanted more information on the homes we wanted to look at. We were first time home buyers so we had A LOT of questions. Suzanne and her team answered all of them without hesitation and made us feel comfortable when making the big decisions! In this market we are in now it is important to move fast when the right home comes up and to look at homes with extreme caution when you do really like it. Suzanne was able to teach us all of the things to look for when looking at the houses, we learned so much about the smaller details that could be overshadowed by a nice exterior. I would say that for the home buying process you want to be able to trust those you are working with and that is something you will find with Suzanne and her team, trust. If you want the right team for the job then absolutely give them a call. There is no one better!
